Project Information
Deal Creation in Eclipse tool: We receive E-mails from sales representatives of
different countries in APJ region for deal Creation. We have to identify their
requirements and need to create the deal by using an Eclipse Tool.
We have to provide the correct price, Quantity, and products in the Eclipse tool to
create a unique deal number for different requests.
After creating the deal we have to analyze the discount percentage given and need
to send for approval based on the discount given.
Account Creation in Siebel Data base: We will be getting a request in a share
point from different countries for account creation. Based upon the country we
have to follow the different rules to create the accounts in Siebel.
We have to follow the country guidelines for setting up the accounts in different
regions.
SFDC Case Management:
The sales representatives will be submitting the case if they have any issues with
regarding the account existing in the SFDC we will be resolving the case by
identifying the solution for that case. Mainly Creating, Updating, and Deletion of
customer accounts in SFDC tools.
Interacting with customers via chat and calls for any queries related to case
request.

3. Proactively handling Data management activities in SFDC.
Migrating the data from Siebel to SFDC by using support tools like MDM, D&B and
NCRF.
Preparing Volume reports and dashboards on daily and monthly basis for metrics
Gained Knowledge on creation of Customized Apps, objects, fields, Building
relationships, Work flow rules, generating customized reports and Dash boards.

Revising the deals according to the customer requirements.
