What is Talent Management?

Talent Management can be described as a tool for attracting, retaining and nurturing talent in an
organization. Talent Management covers most of the activities that are a part of human resource
management, namely, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Management,
Succession Planning etc.
