•Technology is optimum at 36 C° suitable in a (sub)
tropical climate like India
• Biogas plant needs minimum maintenance costs and
can produce gas for at least 20 years without major
problems and re-investments
•The slurry / residue is a clean organic fertilizer that
potentially increases agricultural productivity
