(2) Basic Function: Is responsible for developing new fleet business
while maintaining existing client base in order to
achieve predetermined sales objectives.

1) Notifies receptionist upon arrival and departure each day
2) Determines fleet vehicles for delivery within seven days
3) Contacts individual drivers to set appointments for delivery
4) Prepares delivery receipts and appropriate documentation for current day

5) Ensures client inspects vehicle and signs documentation prior to receiving vehicle
6) Installs license plates as required
7) Explains warranty policy and owners manual to client
8) Prepares client invoices, sending client copies and one copy to Administration
