digital games that are developed
for computer such as a
personal computer.
 It also reflects on games that are
played online by using a
personal computer to interact with
other game players on the Internet.
 Mobile
games are games designed
for mobile devices, such
as smart phones, feature
phones, pocket PCs, personal
digital assistants (PDA), tablet
PCs and portable media players.
 Mobile games range from basic
(like Snake on older Nokia
phones) to sophisticated (3D
and augmented reality games).

 The video gaming trend is accelerating its pace leaving behind movies
and television.
 With an ever-growing number of smartphone users expected to go over
5 billion in 2018 (considering the world’s population is 7.6 billion), it is
no wonder social and casual mobile games win wider audiences.
 With the plethora of devices developed, a gamer simply plugs his
mobile phone into the docking station connected to a large screen and
enjoys the game as if it was launched on a PC.
 in fact, great technologies and software for PC gamers and for mobile
game fans are set to arrive in the nearest future.

 The PC gaming industry is now shifting from 1080p
resolution to 4K resolution and even with the rapid
development of mobile gaming, it still can’t compete with
the graphical power of a PC.
 The industry of PC gaming is cooking a more innovative
way to not just offer a more convenient and efficient way
for PC gamers to interact but to also flop the mobile
gaming prices.

11.  In the meantime, mobile gaming easily wins this comparison
with flying colors, especially if we take into account the game
price to hardware category
 Most smartphone devices today, regardless of what make or
model, is more or less compatible with a huge number of mobile
games – even the upcoming ones. Gaming on a PC, however,
requires specific hardware to play the latest games smoothly.

 This study focuses on the role of gaming
expectancies, motives and the experiences of
gamers in the development of video game
behavior, from normal to problematic
behavior.
 Qualitative interviews were conducted among
21 male gamers between 17 and 28 years of
age, to get more of an insight into their
excessive gaming patterns

gaming websites.
 Participants were included if they were between 14
and 26 years of age and if they had experienced
game related behavior problems at the time of the
study or in the past. Two processes emerged from the
