Education Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh is committed to educating and nurturing all students - from

Divisional offices across SPANDANA. This LMS (Loan Monitoring System) is specially designed for all Group
Lending branches. Around 85% of portfolio will be operated through this application and it generates various
Operational highlights reports for divisions, Branches & HO. It has rich functionality to configure any number of

3. products / Service charges / Insurance products from the front-end and it supports typical Micro Finance operations
like Groups, Centers with meeting days, all portfolio transfers (Inter branch & Intra branches), and Drop outs at each
level. Rectification functionality for financial & non-financial data.

Employee Loans, Dairy Loans, etc
Project 3:
Gold Loan Management System
SQL Server Express, VB. Net
GLMS is one of the key applications at Spandana and it is implemented across more than 30 branches. This
application facilitates branches to manage Gold Loan business. It has rich functionality to accommodate multiple
types of products like ‘Re-scheduling, Term loans, renewals, etc.
Project 4:
HRMS (Human Resource Management System)
SQL Server 2008, .Net Frame Work 3.5, Crystal reports
‘HRMS’ is also one of the key applications, which is Designed, Developing for HR department to automate all HR
related activities like recruitments at HO/DO and to Automate all promotions/transfers/performance appraisals/etc;
Responsibilities:
• Single Point of Contact for all product level changes & configurations. And supporting 600+ branches
transactions
• Documenting all key changes in the products & functionalities.
• Creating/deactivating/disabling of User IDs and defining user groups with required access levels.
• Handling split & merges activities between the databases & servers.
