RapidScale’s CloudOffice and Microsoft Office 365 offer similar solutions. The question is, which service will be best for
your business? RapidScale’s CloudOffice gives its customers the best software and technology for SMBs. In addition,
CloudOfffice offers Desktop as a Service, Disaster Recovery as a Service, and Infrastructure as a Service as an all-inclu-
sive package. CloudOffice also assures their customers the best security features to keep their information safe, such
as Tier 3, Class 1 data centers. Office 365 only offers an option to make your information private, at an additional cost.
Without paying the additional cost this means your information is potentially at risk of being compromised.
SMBs have dealt with problems such as rate limits for emails without being
consulted prior to installing Office 365. Customers that deal with these
issues are apparently not given the information they need in order to work
Office 365 properly. Aside from not receiving the necessary information,
dealing with their tech support line is a nightmare. When asking for help,
customers are placed on long holds with their tech support line and after
finally being helped, the information provided often times does not solve
the problem. This delay costs customers their time and additional expens-
es as they constantly fix technical difficulties.
RapidScale’s CloudOffice provides a “We Care” customer service approach. Office 365 seems to focus on customer
acquisitions but not necessarily taking care of them. CloudOffice provides a 24x7x365 support system for our custom-

service is that we are here to help any time of day, making any problem a smooth fix.
Microsoft Office 365 does not provide the flexibility of CloudOffice. Office 365
has had a reputation of having a slow turn-around when incurring downtime,
making it difficult to have any access to Microsoft’s features. During downtime,
software and data are completely unavailable. Alternately, CloudOffice guar-
antees 100% uptime and includes unlimited bandwidth within our data center.
CloudOffice has the ability to be utilized from any platform whereas Office 365
faces issues when used on different devices such as the iPad.
