It's that unrealistic, unobtainable dream that sparks the
spirit of the entrepreneur. The mission statement is where
you start to show how this dream is going to become a
reality. You identify major goals that must be accomplished
and how you plan to operate as you go about meeting
those goals. You identify significant factors that will be
necessary for you to reach those goals, such as the
products or services you will provide and the kind of people
you will need to serve. In short, it's who you are, who you
serve and what you do that makes you unique in the
market you service.
