Quadrature’s role in the realization of an effective presentation begins at taking input in various forms such as whiteboard shots, fragmented presentations, stakeholders commentary, other project documentation etc. and bring it to a level of communicative dynamics that would facilitate the Speaker to make utmost use of the time he/she has in order to present ideas to an audience of any size.
The process is facilitated on a two-way communication channel between Quadrature and the Client and it’s various stakeholders on any particular project that are looking to realize a high-end presentation. Inputs and outputs are calibrated at various stages and levels of the production, and would have to be treated as a sub-process of the whole Messaging and Information Management efforts undertaken on a project.

The 3 stages Quadrature Presentation Realization Management goes through are:
1) Structuring: It is a this stage all ‘ground-work’ on the presentation is done whereby whiteboard shots, fragmented presentations, stakeholders commentary, other project documentation etc. are assimilated and organized. Then arriving at the specifics of the message from the Speaker Notes, the ‘story-boarding’ on the presentation is undertaken. Initial drafts are Quadrature suggestions that need to be ratified and signed off on by the client in order to set the course and give finer direction to where we will be taking this messaging. After iterations whose number(depends upon the scope and size of the presentation) we would have arrived at a conclusive foundational messaging framework.
2) After the sign-off on Structuring, the task of Introducing Graphics the presentation is embarked upon. This follows the same iterative procedure until client satisfaction is met.
3) After the arrangement of graphics is OK’d the Animation aspect of the presentation is attended to. It is at this stage all aspects of the presentation are tied in dynamically and as per the speakers specification and comfort Animation and Interactivity are introduced. This again follows the same iterative procedure until client satisfaction is met after which the presentation goes into Final Sign-off stage and the project is considered Delivered.
The Operations Model for the Quadrature Presentation and Communication Services is composed of:
Experienced Presentation Technicians: These is staff that is extremely well-versed with presentation technology and knows it’s working at an acute level. They indulge in a large amount of learning both on-jobs and off them to be abreast with the latest in presentation technology, and how to effectively use them for the purposes of high-end presentations. This is the resource which will be spending maximum amount of time on a clients presentations and dealing with the ‘nuts and bolts’ of the whole service.
Dedicated Project Coordinators: These is staff that would oversee the activity of the Presentation Technicians, whilst attending to other service delivery aspects such as turn-around, quality metrics, training, daily operations tasks etc. These are Senior personnel that are well versed with the Presentation Realization Process and are adept at handling large and multiple project deliveries concurrently.
Client Managers: These are Manager level staff that oversee all aspects of Client Relationship and Service Delivery. Their day-to-day activity involves
Handling client communication (written and spoken) and assigning the same appropriately to the project,
Work on the Designing aspect of the whole presentation (either by themselves or coordinating with Designers and Technicians)
Plan and manage for the future of the growing client relationship and make it optimally productive
Present and solicit regular feedback from clients
Escalation for the client on any technical or project management concerns on their particular projects
In the Production Unit scenario the Designer’s role as presented in this workflow diagram is handled at the Client Managers level.
Turnaround: Turnaround on production would depend upon the Resource model that the client would signup for. Typically we offer two types of models. An FTE model and a Transactional Model (billed in activity hours).
Quality: Content and Aesthetics Metrics are arrived at after analysis of the type of work that the client activity entails and quality definitions that they may already have defined or would like to.
