• Individually advise the member states on the subject
of preparing NEEAPs and EE target setting and
provide needed tools to facilitate the procedures.
• Developing evaluation methodology and finding
criteria for the screening and the evaluation of
National Energy Efficiency Action Plans (NEEAP) and
defining the content, structure and format of the
outcome and reports
