• WHAT ARE OUR REALITIES?
• Structure of Slovenian rural population is not
uniformed.
• On relatively small area a lot of different factors,
needs and development options.
• It is hard to establish strict and compact groups of
single stakeholders, with very specific interest.

19. Capacity building of the National
Rural Network of the Czech
Republic
Involvement of the stakeholders
from axes I. and II. RDP
20. National Rural Network (NRN)
Involvement of stakeholders from axes I. and II. is very
essential for the capacity building of the Network.
On the other hand it is very problematic task.
Nevertheless these stakeholders are essential key to
form a partnership in rural areas which is fundamental
networking principle.
How to face these challenges?
There are many ways and we would be very pleased to
present you our solution.
21. Structure of the NRN
We decided that it would be great opportunity to use our
own structure of Agencies for agriculture and rural
development (AARD).
Ministry of Agriculture (MoA) operates 63 units of AARD
among the Czech Republic.
This agencies are operating in the region for last few
years.
They are in contact with local stakeholders regarding all
axes but especially axes I. and II.
They are providing information service for stakeholders
on regional and local level.
They are experienced and have strong position inside
the territory.

23. Structure of the NRN

24. Structure as the instrument of NRN
Structure of the NRN reaches whole territory of the
Czech Republic and involves partners from all axes of
RDP.
Enable us to control and monitor the activities of the
NRN more effectively.
Enable instant feedback from any part of the country.
Enable communication and access to representatives
from regional and local sphere.
Improvement in coordination with different policies areas
in regional and local level.
Implementation of top-down and bottom-up approach.
25. Main task of the AARD
Representation of the NRN at local and regional level.
Implementation of the Action plan and annual operation
plan for the NRN.
Providing instant feedback from the territory.
Coordination of the thematic working groups at regional
and local level in order to identify a burning issues.
Providing information service about agriculture and rural
development.
Providing information service about activities, partners
and instruments of the network.
Capitalization and sharing of know-how and best
practices.
