Our LeanScape Book of Knowledge is based on the IASSC Standard as
we are currently preparing for approval with IASSC.
Within the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training Course we combine
classroom based learning, online learning and also online colloboration.
While knowledge is the foundation, its the practical application of the
tools and techniques that makes the difference.
Over the next few pages, we have detailed the key elements covered
under the Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control sections.
What makes our course unique is the 1-2-1 mentoring we offer our
