Belt Conveyors are used for handling bulk material
such as Bagasse,Ash, Coal, Stone Crusher, Sand, Salt,
Bauxite, Loose Sugar, Mud, etc. Our range of

mass conveyors are compact in design, low power

For handling of steached bags of sugar, cement or other
equivalent material, stitching conveyors are used. ReBELL designed
specially developed stitching conveyor system having durability,

moulds

Overhead Bag Handling Systems
Overhead Bag Handling system is generally
done by belt conveyors & slat conveyors. Stiched bages of
various materials like Sugar or Cement etc. are handled
from sugarhouse to godowns (i.e. 50kg. to 100kg bags) In
other cases for handling bulk material (Baggasse or Coal
orAsh) overhead conveyor systems are preferred. Benefit
of overhead system is system will not disturb any
transportation (internal) in the plant premises. Generally

Bag Stackers / Portable Belt Conveyor
To reduce the man power and for stacking the bags
in godowns stackers are used. The equipment consists
frame fabricated from ISA 40X5 & ISA 25X5 mounted on
chassis which is fixed on ADV tyres. Winch system is
providedforlifting andloweringtheframe.Stackerisusedfor
handling grain, Fertilizer and Sugar bags. Truck loader is

Coal
The crushing process is like this, after the material were put into
the crushing machine, they broken by high-speed rotation
hammer, the broken material obtained the kinetic energy from the
hammer , toward the frame body from the high-speed shutter,
screen bar, hit each other at the same time, was broken several
times, the material less than the screen bar discharged from the
gap, the individual larger materials shocked again by the impact
hammer, grinding, squeezing and crushing, the material force out
by hammer from the gap, Thereby achieve the desired particle
sizeoftheproduct.

Coal crusher
Heat Exchanger basically air cooled, heat exchangers are
manufactured by quality tubes having spiral wounded SS,
MS & CU fins. The fined tubes of different pitch distance
fines are utilized as per design factor which directly results
in efficiency & smooth running of the light weight. These
tubes will be arranged in such a way that the air flow heat
less is minimum with maximum face area. The temp of air
will be raised using saturated steam i. e. with minimum
steamconsumption.
