and continuing personal and commercial defaults has created an

– the shares must be:
Unencumbered, with no restriction
Listed on a recognised global exchange
Have reasonable / good market liquidity
Shares must be able to be moved to a separate custodian
account, with a top tier custodian until the loan is fully repaid
Shares will be locked-down (cannot be sold) for an initial period
