pursuant to Rule 9010-1 of the Local Rules of Banlcruptcy Practice and Procedure of the United
States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, for the admission pro hac vice of Jeffrey
W. Kelley (the "Admittee") of Troutman Sanders LLP, Bank of America Plaza, 600 Peachtree
Street, Suite 5200, Atlanta, Georgia 30308-2216, to represent the Allied Systems Holdings, Inc.
and Allied Systems, Ltd. (L.P .) (the "Alleged Debtors") in the above-captioned chapter 11 cases
and any related adversary proceedings.
The Admittee is a member in good standing of the Bar of the State of Georgia and is
admitted to practice law in all state courts of Georgia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the
Eleventh Circuit, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, and
