4. Read the step-by-step instructions to get an overview of the
incorporation process in Nevada.

5. Complete the worksheet, paying particular attention to
the following:
• corporate name
• registered agent
• quantity & par value of shares

6. Go to the business search page of the Nevada Secretary of
State website to confirm the availability of your corporate name.

7. You can reserve your name by completing the Name Reservation
Request form and paying $25.00.
Reserving your name is optional.

8. Your new corporation must have a registered agent. The
registered agent can be any person or company that agrees
to accept legal notices on your behalf and:
• resides in Nevada
• has a physical address in Nevada

9. Determine the quantity and par value of authorized shares.
To authorize the greatest number of shares while keeping
your filing fee and annual list fee to a minimum you can
authorize either:
75,000 no par value shares
or
75,000,000 $.001 par value shares

10. Using the information you entered on the worksheet
complete the Articles of Incorporation.

11. Complete the appropriate Customer Order Instructions.
Select the appropriate form,
then mark the processing
service desired.

12. Complete the ePayment Checklist Form if you hand-deliver,
fax, or mail your completed documents and choose to pay
by credit card.

13. Fax or mail the completed forms with the applicable filing fee.

14. You will receive a stamped copy of the filed Articles of
Incorporation. This document should be kept with your other
important corporate records.

15. Congratulations on the formation of your new Nevada
