to be developed, more than 70 platforms to be built and 4 terrestrial terminals as well as more than 1 km of
subsea pipelines to be laid; the total investment amount will increase by CNY tens of billions every year, so
China’s marine engineering equipment market has promising prospect.
In 2012, the domestic marine engineering equipment industry totally received the main marine engineering
equipment orders of 31 units, with the total amount of about USD 4.6 billion; the total amount of order
basically kept unchanged compared with USD 4.67 billion in 2011.
