I have extensive experience as a senior Business Analyst in various fields - Tax, Customs, Business Intelligence (as analyst, warehouse designer and implementer), CRM and the Call Centre environment. The industries where I have been involved in include public sector, banking, insurance, health and component distribution. The projects have been in Africa, the UK and the USA. As part of the project team I have the responsibility to facilitate requirements workshops and finalise the specification documentation (amongst others, making use of UML modelling).
