3. Play Media Talk (PMT) is a 20-minute talk about yourself (TEDTalk style)
in front of live audience (mostly social-media-active university students)
hosted by Binus International and MNC Play Media.
PMT is held on the first Tuesday of every month
featuring inspirational speakers from all walks of life.
4. The venue is at a theatre-style auditorium located at fX Sudirman, a lifestyle shopping
mall at the heart of Jakarta. Your talk will be recorded and broadcasted on Binus TV and
YouTube. As a bonus, your talk will also be covered on MNC Group media outlets.
5. Talk Requirements:
• Tell personal stories, not lecture. This is a talk, not a seminar.
• No sales pitch.
• Be fun, relax, and playful. This is PLAY Media Talk after all. Don’t get boring.
• Your slides should only consists of photos/images, no bullets or numbers.
• Please rehearse beforehand to make sure that you are 20 minutes sharp.
• Your talk should be delivered 100% in English.
6. Who can be the speakers :
• A great talker (no cold feet in front of live audience) who can tell cool
personal stories.
• An actor, musician, TV show host, TV news anchor, voice actor, director,
producer, writer, behind-the-scene crew, or anybody else in the media
industry will be top priority speaker.
• Another priority is anyone who works in the creative industry, for example
author, dancer, artist, fashion designer, singer-songwriter, photographer,
playwright, game developer, etc. You can promote your new book, new
single, new collection, upcoming events, etc during the break.
• A public figure is surely most welcome.
• If you have a tech start-up, that would be a factor to consider.
7. The speaker should submit the following to us for
consideration :
• Title of your talk
• A hi res photo.
• Name, job title or how you want to be attributed
• One paragraph about yourself, which may help the MC to introduce you
better to the audience.
• All your social media accounts that you want to be mentioned in!

9. Sponsorship :
You can be co-sponsor of the event by providing and financing the speaker
