This information will be private, like all personal insights in Viva. Only the meeting organizer w ill see their meeting effectiveness data. Users can also create a shared meeting plan, so their team can follow the same meeting norms. With only a few clicks within the Viva Insights app, select the meeting practice and team members to share the plan with.

Ally's solution aligns people's work with team goals and company mission, giving employees more clarity and purpose. The complete Ally solution will become a new Viva module bringing end-to-end solution for goal management and OKRs. This new Viva module provide individuals, teams, and departments with a central hub to access and update their goals, check-in on progress, and see a shared view of their team's priorities. Ally will also be integrated into the other Viva modules, bringing OKRs and actions seamlessly into the flow of work. Examples include integrating OKRs and goals into the Viva daily briefing to keep your priorities top of mind as you start your day, integration with connections to help everyone connect their work to the company's purpose and mission, as well as services such as Power BI so leaders can make data-driven decisions.
