angles of an octagon.
Solution:
Sum of the measures of interior angles of a polygon
= (n – 2) ∙180°
Therefore, the sum of the measures of interior angles of
an octagon
= (8 – 2) ∙180°
= 6 ∙ 180°
= 1080°

angle of a regular nonagon.
