•   First Step: Deliver a well-prepared presentation

•   Stay calm, whatever the tone or intention of questioner

•   Do not be defensive or negative

•   Answer loudly, clearly and precisely

•   Add extra information, if necessary

•   Finish confidently, encourage questions
