Monte Generoso / Capolago / TI Wanderung vom Monte Generoso (1601m) auf der Via Bassa zur Alpe d'Orimento (1275m) auf der Via Alta wieder zurück zum Monte Generoso .
 
 
 
 
Der Monte Generoso befindet sich im südlichen Tessin und ist mit der Zahnradbahn von Capolago aus erreichbar. Mein heutiges Ziel ist die Alpe d'Orimento auf der italienischen Seite des Monte Generoso. Nachdem ich einige Zeit den Hängegleiter beim Abflug zugesehen hatte, folgte ich dem steil abfallenden Weg zur geschlossenen Bärenhöhle. Weiter ging der Abstieg zur Alpe Pescio, und von dort horizontal auf einem breiten Alpweg dem Hang entlang zur Alpe d'Orimento.
 
 
 
Als Rückweg benutzte ich die Via Alta del Monte Generoso via die Barca dei Montini. Unterwegs traf ich auf zwei kleine Seelein, welche für die Tiere angelegt wurden und nur von Regenwasser gespiesen werden. Es gibt keine Wasserläufe am Monte Generoso, da das Gestein sehr wasserdurchlässig ist.
