2. COSTUME

The group of friends will be dressed in casual
clothing, the way any other normal teenager dress.
Eg top, jeans, jacket etc. This is because we need
to make our film realistic therefore, our group of
friends in the film have to be dressed as they would
normally. E.g:

Our main character, the girl in the woods will be
dressed in a simple white gown with dirt stains on.
This will give the impression that the woods is that
girls habitat.

3. LIGHTING

The lighting whilst
the group of friends
are talking about
what to do, the
lighting will be
natural.

However, when the group of friends are in the
woods it will slowly begin to get dark. We have
decided this as the darker it gets, while the film
begins to get serious, it will make the audience feel
tense and scared for the characters. It will help set
the atmosphere.

4. ACTION

There will be little action in our film/trailer. The main
action will be when the group of friends do begin to
get scared when slowly they all start to go missing
and the final friend who tries to make it out alive,
will run away from the girl in the woods. There will
be heavy breathing sounds to show the
audience that
she is really
scared.

5. MAKE-UP
The group of friends will be wearing natural make
up. This is because they will be having a normal
day out together as any other group of friends will
therefore, no major make-up will be used.
 On the other hand, the girl in the woods will be
very pale with dark circles around her eyes. Her
hair will be a mess and kept down. This is too make
her look quite freaky, scary and to give the
impression that she lives in the woods and does not
sleep, eat etc.


6. PROPS
Newspaper article- This will be the newspaper
article one of the friend finds which will lead them
into going into the woods and to find out what
exactly happens.
 Axe- the girl in the woods will be dragging an axe
behind her whilst she is slowly walking with blood
dripping off it, which is what she uses to kill anyone
who enters the woods.
 Police tape- the entrance of the woods will have
police tape around it to stop anyone from entering.
However, this does not stop the group of friends.


7. SETTING
The main setting will be the
woods where the main
storyline is based.
 At the beginning of the
film, the same girl in the
woods will be talking
to a therapist in a
therapy room.
 The group of
friends will meet
somewhere
together.
Eg one of their
homes, café, town.

