iWillStudy.com organizes multiple managerial and technical seminars, workshops, conferences
and training programs in different management and engineering colleges across India. We strive
to bridge the gap between industry and academia. We connect students with industry

Introduction
With an objective of grooming students through interactive learning; iWillStudy.com proposes a
series of workshops and seminars for your college. This document includes overview of content,
speaker profile and commercials for the workshops.
Speaker Introduction
Nikhilesh Ghushe, An IIT Bombay alumnus, Co-Founder Clanergy Media and Technologies
Pvt Ltd.
He is currently the co-founder and a core group member of Clanergy, which has multiple lines of
businesses ranging from technology to media and communications. At Clanergy, he has
designed and led the implementation of software frameworks to help build complex enterprise
and web applications, easily.
He has also consulted several organizations on enterprise apps and knowledge management
issues.
Prior to this, he founded Mobiance Technologies location-based services start up. At Mobiance,
he designed and led the development of 'mobile location platform', as their CTO.
He achieved his engineering degree in 2003 from IIT Bombay. His sharp analytical skills coupled
with his years of experience makes him an exceptional expert on web application architectures,
Java EE and database design.

Scope of Work
Following is the scope of work entailed in the conduction of the proposed event:
The entire session will be covered in two parts:
o Theory Session – Basic and Advanced
o Practical Session – Basic and Advanced
Complete session from start till end will be an interactive one, where students can raise
