Level Four International (LFI) is a risk management training firm that delivers

The LFI Advantage
LFI Founder and President Rod Jahner’s passion for executive development and coaching was honed in
financial services. His career with Citibank and Standard Chartered gave him a global perspective. Rod was
based in Singapore for 10 years and worked in 20+ countries in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
His 90+% satisfaction standard is routinely met in courses attended by thousands of participants.
Jahner is a US Patent holder for “Education Through The Employment Of Gaming.” He is also a Master
Coach, Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and Certified Professional Résumé Writer (CPRW).
Having established LFI in early 2009, his unique blend of experience includes:
• 27 years in consumer bank risk management
• Contracts with global institutions
• Insight into how lenders fail when losing sight of risk management
• 17 years of management, design and delivery of risk management training
o Managed best in class training in Asia Pacific for 10 years covering 11 countries
o Expertise in course design, case studies and simulations
• Working relationships with multiple subject matter experts who have:
o Managed risk through full economic cycles
o Developed many management simulations including crisis management
• 5 years executive recruiting, career counseling, and candidate positioning
• Co-authored successful Basel Waiver Application for Standard Chartered.
Jahner’s community service included seven years as commissioner of the Singapore American Football
League (SAFL), an all-volunteer program providing playing opportunity for 150+ student athletes in three
age based leagues. He also served on the board and as treasurer of the Singapore American Community
Action Council (SACAC). He currently volunteers for The First Tee, an organization that teaches youth life
lessons, healthy habits and leadership skills through the game of golf.
