Richard R. Kelley is the Chairman Emeritus of Outrigger Enterprises Group, a hotel development, investment and management company with operations in the Continental U.S, Hawaii, Guam, Australia, and Asia.
At age 80, Dr. Kelley remains active in several private businesses and medicine. In addition to his regular duties, he personally writes a weekly newsletter column for his employees, interested friends and associates and is often asked to speak on a variety of topics including health care reform.
He has been involved with a number of educational and medical institutions including Punahou School, Kent Denver School and Craig Hospital and the Colorado Neurological Institute.
