18. What is a Fractal Team? A Fractal Team is a Self-Directed, High-Performance group composed of five people who are committed to each other, and who are willing to work together to accomplish a common purpose in the most excellent way possible for the glory of God.
19. Guiding Principles for Fractal Teams Each person must belong to only one Fractal Team. Each Fractal Team must be led by only one person. Each Fractal Team must be accountable to one person outside the team. The Fractal Team will become your LIFE Group once you join it.
