We want people to be ready, willing and able to adapt and evolve at work
We need to think away from terminating change and accept that change needs to change

It’s not as hard as it sounds ,[object Object]
We simply have to make it all about the individual –  there is no one as important to me as me!
Make it about ‘me’ and you can have everything you want
A plan just for me…….
