and ordering for 2 small cafes. Hosted private lunches for Pastor and for entertainment

2. This type of service required experience. Most tables were 6 to 8 tops, or more, dinner
lasted for about four hours. This position was one of my favorites because of the
awesome management staff and customers.

I efficiently ran operations between management trainees; trained managers for other
stores; I was assistant manager when our store received the Kendall Award, from
PepsiCo, for the most organized and proficient store. I also received and successfully

My biggest accomplishment is surviving and learning to thrive again. After a devastating
accident in 2005, I have since written a book, that was published, founded an amputee support
group called “Xtreme Inspirations” and also wrote the support group’s monthly newsletter for a
year. In 2008, I was on the steering committee for Miracle Limbs – Courage in Motion’s 1st
annual Bike Run. They are an amputee support group that provides prosthetics to recipients who
cannot otherwise afford them.
