Focusing on health will help you manage stress by taking away some situations you might normally have,
like being tired. By eating right you can have more energy, better general health, and improved quality
of life. Another way is exercising more often. When your physically fit your body enhances your general
health, increases energy, and helps you cope with stress. The third way is getting enough sleep. Sleep is
very important any many students don’t realize that a lot of the time they are getting sleep deprived,
and they wonder why they have trouble focusing and have higher stress than normal. Staying safe and
addressing mental health issues are two important ways. Without those two steps you can’t stay
physically and mentally alright.
