This document describes the founding of a travel startup called Dvinuli. Two men, one with an idea and money and the other wanting to create a smart platform for travelers, assembled a talented team of developers, designers and social media experts. They studied other travel sites, gained an early audience on social media, and received recognition as top Russian entrepreneurs. After an open beta with over 200 users providing feedback, Dvinuli is preparing for its grand opening this season with a new look and improved user experience.
