'Dembla Valves Ltd.', incorporated in 1985, is a manufacturing and ex porting company of Pneumatically
Operated Globe Control Valves, High Performance Butterfly Valves (Motorized / Gear Operated),
TRIPLE offset Butterfly Valves and Ball Valves catering to various countries like Ger
Netherlands, Spain, Turkey , UK, U.S.A., Australia, Canada, South Africa, Syria, Taiwan, U.A.E., Iran ,
Kuwait, Malaysia, Singapore and other far-east Asian countries.
Today 'Dembla' is well-known for Design, Development, Manufacturing and Testing of . Control Valves.
The continuous up-gradation and developments are the key factors that attribute to our success.
Our both the major facilitie s are based on the outskirts of Mumbai covering total area of 48,000 sq. Ft.
The facility is backed up by skilled and experienced work force. The valves are manufactured with the
latest, national and international c odes and standards to meet the ever demanding technical needs of the
customer.

Also, we have a separate division 'Dembla Valves Services' , primarily involved in servicing, repair,
maintenance, modification, analysis and testing of control valves, safety relief and manual valves having
experience of over 30 years in India. We have participated in shutdown jobs in the Middle East. We cater
to all major industries like, Refine ries, Oil & Gas, Power, chemical, Pe trochemical, Fertilizer, Steel, Oil,
Sugar and Paper & Pulp Industries. Major customer includes Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Hindustan
Petroleum, Reliance Industries Ltd., Reliance Petroleu m Ltd., Bharat Petroleum Ltd., Oil & Natural Gas
Corporation Ltd.
