5. Section 2. Definition ofTerms
(a)Librarian- a bonafide holder of a
CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION
issued by the Board of Librarians in
accordance with this act.
6. (b) Scope of the practice of Librarianship
-Skilled in the knowledge , art and science
of the organizaton, dissemination,
preservation and conservation of recorded
information.
- rendering, furnishing, and contracting of
professional services.
- Signing or authenticating for clients of
documents or reports when called for.
