Nanoparticle of plant extract: A Novel approach for cancer therapy
Conclusion
Silver nanoparticles in nano-biotechnology area has increased its
importance to create ecofriendly; cost effective, stable nanoparticles and
their applications in medicines, agriculture and electronics are wider.
silver nanoparticles it is found that it is safer and better by using natural
plants Phytochemical chemopreventive agents are believed to play
significant roles in controlling, inhibiting, and blocking signals which
can cause translation of normal cells to cancer cells.

Background
Nanotechnology deals regulating matter at dimension of 1-100
nanometers. its use in fundamental physics, biology, chemistry,
technology of nanometer scale objects. It also includes how such objects
can be used in the areas of computation, sensors, nanostructure
materials, biolabeling, biomedical, agricultural, biolabeling , cancer,
biotechnology. There are 3 methods for preparation of nanoparticles
Physical, chemical &biological. Cancer is as an abnormal growth of
cells. It is due to lack of proper regulation in cell cycle. Cancer develops
through an accumulation of genetic changes or mutations which could
emerge due to different factors like physical, chemical, biological.
Currently available cancer chemotherapeutic agents insidiously affect
the host cells especially bone marrow, epithelial tissues, reticule-
endothelial system and gonads Because of high death rate associated
with cancer and the serious side effects of chemotherapy & radiation
therapy. Silver NanoParticles as an anticancer agent and they have all
turned up positive. Many plant-derived products have been reported to
exhibit potent antitumour activity against several rodent and human
cancer cell lines. Plants history about use in the treatment of cancer. It is
significant that over 60% of currently used anticancer agents are derived,
in one way or another, from natural sources (plants, marine organism,
and microorganisms).
Synthesis of Silver Nanoparticles
1]freshly prepared 1mM silver nitrate and stored under dark conditions
with the plant extract. solution are prepared in ratio of 9:1(AgNO3:Plant
Extract).
2]1 mM solution of AgNO3 prepared in an Erlenmeyer flask. Then 1, 2, 3, 4
and 5 mL of plant extract was added separately to 10 mL of silver nitrate
solution keeping its concentration at 1 mM.
3]AgNO3 (1mM-5mM) keeping extract concentration constant (1 mL)
This setup was incubated in a dark chamber to minimize photo-activation of
silver nitrate at room temperature.
Objective of study
This focuses on the synthesis of Ag nanoparticles using various plant
sources. Generally surgery, chemotherapy and radiation treatment are
the most prevalent therapeutic option for cancer. Its side effects due to
lack of targeted delivery and cancer specificity. To overcome these
limitations, nanoparticle could ensure targeted drug therapy. The active
herbal compounds of plants induce cytoprotective enzymes by the
modulation of molecular targets of cancer while acting in co-ordination
to detoxify and remove reactive substances formed by carcinogenic
agents. The cell line proliferation were significantly inhibited by AgNP
isolated from various species studied. it is cost effective, eco-friendly,
stable and safe in cancer treatment.

This is done by attaching
monoclonal antibodies or
cell surface receptor ligands

molecule found on the
surface of cancer cells.
Such as the high affinity
folate receptor and
lutenizing hormone
releasing hormone ( LH-RH)
or molecules unique to
endothelial cells that
become co-opted by
malignant cells.
The nanoparticles are
rapidly taken into cells.

The cell line proliferation were significantly inhibited by AgNPs isolated from Jatropha
species with Jatropha curcus and Jatropha gossypifolia. The in vitro screening of the
AgNPs showed potential cytotoxic activity against the lung cancer cell lines A549.

Nanoparticle of plant extract: A Novel approach for cancer therapy Conclusion Silver nanoparticles in nano-biotechnology area has increased its importance to create ecofriendly; cost effective, stable nanoparticles and their applications in medicines, agriculture and electronics are wider. silver nanoparticles it is found that it is safer and better by using natural plants Phytochemical chemopreventive agents are believed to play significant roles in controlling, inhibiting, and blocking signals which can cause translation of normal cells to cancer cells. It also includes how such objects can be used in the areas of computation, sensors, nanostructure materials, biolabeling, biomedical, agricultural, biolabeling , cancer, biotechnology. There are 3 methods for preparation of nanoparticles Physical, chemical &biological. Cancer is as an abnormal growth of cells. It is due to lack of proper regulation in cell cycle. Cancer develops through an accumulation of genetic changes or mutations which could emerge due to different factors like physical, chemical, biological. Currently available cancer chemotherapeutic agents insidiously affect the host cells especially bone marrow, epithelial tissues, reticule- endothelial system and gonads Because of high death rate associated with cancer and the serious side effects of chemotherapy & radiation therapy. Silver NanoParticles as an anticancer agent and they have all turned up positive. Many plant-derived products have been reported to exhibit potent antitumour activity against several rodent and human cancer cell lines. Plants history about use in the treatment of cancer. It is significant that over 60% of currently used anticancer agents are derived, in one way or another, from natural sources (plants, marine organism, and microorganisms). Synthesis of Silver Nanoparticles 1]freshly prepared 1mM silver nitrate and stored under dark conditions with the plant extract. solution are prepared in ratio of 9:1(AgNO3:Plant Extract). 2]1 mM solution of AgNO3 prepared in an Erlenmeyer flask. Then 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 mL of plant extract was added separately to 10 mL of silver nitrate solution keeping its concentration at 1 mM. 3]AgNO3 (1mM-5mM) keeping extract concentration constant (1 mL) This setup was incubated in a dark chamber to minimize photo-activation of silver nitrate at room temperature. Objective of study This focuses on the synthesis of Ag nanoparticles using various plant sources. Generally surgery, chemotherapy and radiation treatment are the most prevalent therapeutic option for cancer. Its side effects due to lack of targeted delivery and cancer specificity. To overcome these limitations, nanoparticle could ensure targeted drug therapy. The active herbal compounds of plants induce cytoprotective enzymes by the modulation of molecular targets of cancer while acting in co-ordination to detoxify and remove reactive substances formed by carcinogenic agents. The cell line proliferation were significantly inhibited by AgNP isolated from various species studied. it is cost effective, eco-friendly, stable and safe in cancer treatment. This is done by attaching monoclonal antibodies or cell surface receptor ligands that bind specifically to molecule found on the surface of cancer cells. Such as the high affinity folate receptor and lutenizing hormone releasing hormone ( LH-RH) or molecules unique to endothelial cells that become co-opted by malignant cells.
