Rotary Greetings!
Congratulation! Rtn. Dr. Sucheta joins me to
wish a successful District Conference 2016.
Our R. I. District 3132 is a vibrant District of Rotaractors with
full of enthusiasm and a great potential. I believe that these
young people who are serving in Rotaract, and participating in
various Rotary Youth Programs, are the Rotarians of tomor-
row. I have seen a new energy in Rotaractors this year,
through their unique projects & Rotary-Rotaract relations. And
hope to see the same for many years.
I appreciate the efforts taken by Team Pratibimba for this bul-

Season’s Greetings !
It is indeed a great pleasure to interact with you
through this District Conference Special Edition of
District News Letter.
District Conference is a very important event of every Rotaract Year.
All the Rotaractors must make their best effort to attend this event.
Till the time we get together on DA and DC Forums we will not be
able justify our existence as active Rotaract Club.
This year has been very successful, in terms of District Administra-
tion. I am very happy the way DRO has functioned. DRR Sagar and
his Team have set exemplary standards in terms of communication,
sharing and training. Documentation and protocols are also main-
tained very well. Participation in Rotasia was also a smile stone.
First time in District 3132, this year we will be having Elections for
the position of DRRN 2017-18. I feel this is very positive sign which
indicates potential leadership in our district. Winning or Losing are
sides of the same coin; however contesting in best manner is what is
more important.
I have made my best effort to make the entire Election Process
smooth and transparent. DRO and Candidates have also supported
very well. We have to set good standards in implementing the Elec-
tions which will be helpful and beneficial to DRCC’s and DRO’s in
future.
Host Clubs and DRO have made their best efforts to put up this con-
ference in best possible way. I wish them and all the Rotaractors of
RID 3132 All The Best. Enjoy the conference to the fullest and con-
tinue doing best Rotaractivities in your Clubs.

Dear Rotaractors,
Warm Rotaract Greetings,
First of all I would like to congratulate RaC Tech-
plorers and RaC Jalna for conducting unique
District Conference. Rtr. Abhishek Mahajan and
Rtr. Pritesh Malpani have shown very positive approach to
host this Anubhuti 2016 and especially, I thank Rtr.
Khushboo Brahmankar - Project Chairman of District Confer-
ence for making this happen and setting a new bench mark.
Rotaract International District 3132 has witnessed Two IDYE
teams, Three ICYE teams and active participation of DRRs
from other Districts in this District Conference for the first
time in history of RID 3132.
District Conference is a structured event where all the clubs
participate with huge numbers to show their talent, to present
their club activities and for interacting with new Rotaractors
and friends. And I am very sure that the host clubs have
planned this conference very well and everyone enjoyed a lot
and they are taking lots of new memories with them.
Also I would like to congratulate DRR (N) for winning the elec-
tions and becoming the future leader of RID 3132.

through the medium of DC Souvenir.

hence always aim high in life. In Rotaract too, think beyond club
level and sincerely work to bring out the leadership hidden within
you.
I would like to congratulate District Rotaract Organisation 3132, for
successful 2015/16 - a year full of Rotaractivities and would like to
give my best wishes for yet another fun filled, fellowship, self devel-

Greetings to all!
A very warm wishes for Rotaract Day,
“I am a slow walker, but I never walk back.”
This quote by Abraham Lincoln should inspire
all Rotaractors to fight the war for development
of self. One might take time to learn but there is nothing that
one cannot learn. Patience is the most useful weapon that one
needs to be armed with if he desires to develop. Moreover it is
never too late to start. We should plan each day well to keep
ourselves motivated and well equipped to unlock our dreams
to success.
It is a great journey so far with the organization and at each
and every step and role I performed I got to learn number of
things that helped me in personal and professional life as well.
The journey that started with friendship growing to networking
and then managing and leading has turned the way of living
life. Rotaract is something that differentiate me from other col-
leagues who have failed to join it. On the Rotaract Week I in-
vite all those who are still doubtful to join the organization as
there are lots of exciting things and experiences to learn here
with likeminded people.
To end with I would like to add the famous quote by Henry
Ford that motivates me to work in a team and also relates
closely to functioning of Rotaract

First of all, I would like to congratulate my home
club RaC techplorers and RaC Jalna for hosting
District Conference 2016 successfully.
Being the Project Chairman of DC, I would like to throw light
on fees facts about DC 2016. This DC is a unique one named
"ANUBHUTI" means "Realization".
"Realization is the core of all the success." This DC has realized
its uniqueness in many ways. And you will surely have the re-
alization of fun, friendship, knowledge, culture, etc. in the two
days of DC viz. 12th and 13th March 2016.

Week.
First of all I want to thank DRO of RID 3132 for believing

host the 8th District Conference of RID 3132 named
Anubhuti 2016.
For the first time in the history of RID 3132 Rotaract Conference is be-
ing held outside the District, at the hills of Lonavala on 12-13 March

The proposal of establishing a “World Rotaract Day”, to
be celebrated annually by all Rotaractors, was presented
to Rotary International by DRR 1989-90 of R. I. District
2420, Turkey, Rtr. Derya SENSOY, on February 23,
1990 by the following letter:
“Being the young generation of the “Service Above Self”
philosophy, we would like a certain day to be celebrated
as “World Rotaract Day” which would give us a chance for
our voice to be heard with a common activity.
This day will also be an opportunity to make us approach
each other sharing the happiness of being Rotaractors
and will motivate us to create new ideas.
An activity shared by World Rotaractors will attract world
attention and will enhance recognition of Rotaract. This
activity should be at least at district level and it should
have a group activity characteristic such as blood dona-
tion, public service campaigns etc. It should be kept in
mind that the higher the rate of participation, the more
successful the activity.
On the other hand, a declaration by the President of Ro-
tary International about that day emphasizing the hu-
manist side of Rotaract and stating its philosophy will
play an active role in the development of the Rotaract pro-
gramme.
Moreover, it is important for the recognition of Rotaract to
prepare a bulletin about the activities undertaken and to
distribute it to related institutions, local authorities and
the Press.
History of World Rotaract Day

Based on the foregoing facts, we are requesting RI to ac-
cept the foundation day of the first Rotaract Club as the
official “World Rotaract Day” and to celebrate it each
year”.
This proposal was brought to the attention of all Rotaract
Clubs as one of the "Items for Consideration" prepared by
the 1990-91 Rotary International Rotaract Committee
(Group II, item 11). Following the discussions of Rotarac-
tors, the proposal was put forward by the RI Rotaract
Committee as a recommendation.
Then, after the Rotary Convention held in Mexico in
June 1991, the Board of Directors of RI approved this
proposal as a project to be implemented. And in 1993,
due to the 25th anniversary of the Rotaract Program,
“World Rotaract Day” was extended to World Rotaract
Week (the second week of March).
World Rotaract Week Recognition
Recognize Rotaract clubs that celebrate the founding of
the first club during World Rotaract Week, which occurs
each year during the week of 13 March. Activities can
range from partnering with an international Rotaract club
to publicizing Rotaract in your local media.

How can you explain to an interviewer that
your project at your previous company is se-
cret?
This question can be asked in many interviews and the best answer in
my opinion for such question would be to answer honestly.
You could say something like "I am extremely sorry sir, but the details
of the project I was working on previously are very confidential and I
am not suppose to discuss it"
This kind of answer will not only convey the confidence you posses
but also the loyalty you have with company you are working for.
If the interviewer asks again or insists you regarding the same then
you could answer in a diplomatic way by clearly specifying this way "I
am not suppose to share details of previous project; but I could share
the experience/expertise gained"
You should keep note that when we are answering such questions, we
have to come as very polite and humble,
If this question is answered correctly you are definitely going to score
the interview.
What are the best answers for "Why should I
hire you"?
This is one of the frequently asked question in interviews, The best
way to answer this kinds of question is to be honest and unique.
I say this to every aspirant, Instead of just answering the question like
a ritual, mean it.
These are few examples of what people normally answer for this kind
of question:

2. I have good experience
3. I am fit for this job etc etc.
These kinds of are answers can be seen normally, and you
can't stand out with these answers.
What should we answer?
I will advice you something which is actually beneficial for
answering this question genuinely, Figure out what is
unique about yourself, and justify it.
For example, "I suppose, for working with such great com-
pany it requires to have good patience, and I am sure I will
withstand it."
Or when in case of core industries where you need good
technical skills, you can refer/relate your previous experi-
ence with present job you are applying for.
Just make sure your answer is different from the rest.
Human Behavior: What are some cool body
language tricks to use on people?
There are numerous techniques for Body Language, here I
will Emphasis on just one but major technique for rapport
building with anyone. Referring to answer of Soumitra
Mishra.
Mirroring
In this technique we subtly mirror other persons body lan-
guage, for example if they are sitting laid back you too
should sit laid back, of if they are leaning in you too should
lean in.

of rapport and trust with other person.
Please take care that you do this very subtly, don't over do
it, else it might come of at desperate and freakish.

This technique I am sharing is
evil, In any conversation
where you want the other per-
son to invest more and per-
ceive you as more powerful,
While you are having conver-
sation and the other person
shares an experience or some
story, when they are at the
ending of it slightly turn your
feet away, or towards the exit, the other person will subcon-
sciously notice this and they will have feeling that you are
not interested/impressed by them and so
they will start narrating a better story or
sharing a better experience.
