Roy became the Crown Commercial Lead for Shared Services in the Cabinet Office in January 2015. Before this he was the Director responsible for one of the UK Government outsourced shared service centres.. Roy has spent the last 16 years working in delivery and consulting roles supporting the transformation of back office organisations - specifically through implementing shared services & outsourcing.
