you can get plenty of support, because they are not from some fad diet book, but from solid
research and the information that came from it.

Choosing the right diet plan may take some research on your part, but it can be worth the
effort if it helps you achieve your goals. Give the diet a chance to work once you have picked
one, or you will never know if it was the right one. Success of any diet plan is determined by
how consistent you are in following directions, and persevering.
