It is a formal and detailed study of jobs.
Job Analysis is the process of systematically
analyzing the activities pertaining to each Job. It is
designed to define the duties ,responsibilities and
accountability
In the words of in Edwin B. Flippo, “Job analysis is
the process of studying and collecting information
relating to the operations and responsibilities of a
specific job.”
