3. A leader needs to possess knowledge involving
who and what they are trying to manage.
A leader must have an understanding of the
rules and regulations of their organization.
A leader should have an excellent sense of
social intelligence.
4. A leader must have good decision making
skills when it comes to their line of work.
Leaders must be able to use good judgment to
solve sudden problems quick and efficiently.
They must be able to use good judgment when
choosing the people whom they surround
themselves with.
This is what happens when you don't use good
judgement.
5. A leader must be able to look on the bright side
of things to keep his/her followers motivated,
especially when situations seem hopeless.
A leader should be confident in the goals
which he/she supports.
In order to be a successful leader, both
optimism and confidence should be present in
their personality.

done.

and realistic conclusions to any problems that
may arise.

experiences to better their thinking skills for
the future.
A leader should be aware of how the world
operates today, and be able to adjust their
thinking based on the situation.
8. A leader should be open-minded when it
comes to different beliefs, abilities, and
cultures.
A leader should have patience when dealing
with different types of people.
A leader should be able to view themselves
from their followers’ point of view and adjust
their understanding of the different people.
