3. Planning Team Nicole Dan Aimee Xavier Manuel Jasmine Planning committee will meet a few times (not meant to be time-intensive) to provide feedback and suggestions on the site. Committee members can work on other aspects of the site that interest them.
4. Consultant Nick James http://www.icreateforaliving.com/ Has done branding/web development with VietFellows, Youth Together, Youth Speaks, and Red Bike and Green. His role in the process is to work with me on creating an alive, interesting design. My role is to gather, organize, and develop systems to maintain the content of the site.
5. Audience The primary AUDIENCE for the site is West Contra Costa youth aged 14-21. The secondary audience for the site is youth service providers. While, of course, we hope the site reaches communities more broadly than this, by focusing on one or two audiences we can focus our design, content, and development choices.
6. Core Components Youth gallaries: music, visual art, videos. Online zine Resource pages: re-envisioned and more visually stimulating/youth relevant.
