How must SONY change its business
  strategies for 2010 and beyond?

Sony sells many kinds of product. And they
develop a lot of product. Specially they
develop a electric appliances.
History



1946 : Masaru Ibuka and Akio Morita established
      SONy.

1955 : They started to export to America.

1968 : They developed first color TV in Japan.
Sony's recent state



 They were a success their goal. Its goal is
the act of cutting costs.
 And they work to make product which is
not based on basic technology, which is
based on user wanted.
Sony's Goal



 They think about environmental problem.
Because when we use electric appliances, it will
be happened CO2. CO2 foul the air. So they think
a product without happenning CO2.
Sony's policy from now on
They think some policies.

● They try to sell and product core hardware
  businesses.

● To provide new user experiences.

● They try to get new customers and expend their
  business.

● They try to think about environmental problem
  hard.

● To provive new user experiences.

    To expend service connect with network.
