Roles :
• Assist Project Manager in creation of detailed Project Plan for the Projects like
Network, ETS rooms , Main Plant, Semi P Plant etc
• Coordinate with Consultant, Main/Sub contractor and Suppliers to ensure that
activities are in line with Project Plan.
• Assist Project Manager in coordinating meetings between contractors with
technical to resolve technical issues.
• Assist Project Manager in making decisions by providing updated information on
regular basis.

3. • Supervise pipe work installations, including shoring works, excavation, pipe
laying, pipe testing and commissioning.
• Supervise the installation and assembly of Temporary Plants in all EMPOWER
projects.
• Supervise the ETS (Energy Transfer Station) room installations
• Report to Project Manager regarding to the work quality, pipe work installations,
and some civil works on a daily bases.
• Lead the preparation for pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and shut
down the plant, including chemical cleaning and passivation.
• Monitor and control the quality of the executed works as per the owner requests
to include mechanical completion, hydro test and pneumatic test, test run
equipment (solo run, test run, performance test), and prepare reports to project
engineer for all activities.
• Responsible for supervision of expansion plant project, from installation and
constructions to commissioning and start-up plant and responsible for the timely
execution of the project within the allocated budget and duration.
• Responsible for certifying the work completion certificates / Progressive bills of
contractor duly certified by consultant.
• Coordinate with operation and maintenance department to handle transition of
plant operations from contractor to O&M smoothly.
• Coordinate with QA & QC engineer for inspections and field quality checks at
site.
• Coordinate with HSE team to ensure that all safety rules and regulations are
being followed at site by contractors.
• Identify and communicate any health & safety hazards as well as environmental
aspects that are not already identified.
• Enforce consultant /contractors to follow safety and environmental regulations in
Projects.
