Observations (unqualified staff) Training Courses teach unqualified people the importance of observations and how to conduct, report and audit them all based on the regulations and guidelines of reporting observations. It will teach observation methods and behaviors to look out for. the course will last three hours and a certificate of attendance will be given on completion. The course can be held at either a place that is ideal for your employees or at one of our training centres. The course can also be tailored to the specific training needs of your staff.

Course Description:
This course is designed to provide an introduction into the responsibilities in
observation and the legal requirements of accurate reporting. It is relevant to
people who provide personal care to clients in care settings.
