Report & Record Keeping Training Courses provide an understanding of the importance of good record keeping that meets the legal, clinical and accountability requirements of all care. Care Comon Induction Standards (CIS). Successful completion of this training will also

Course Description:
To provide an understanding of the importance of good record keeping that meets the
legal, clinical and accountability requirements of all care. This course is for residential
