This session will be a travelogue of three universities’ journeys from CRM selection through training and development to implementation. Syracuse University, Pepperdine University, and The College of St. Scholastica will share their experiences of their traveling companions (implementation team), itinerary (project plan), preparations for their journey (training and testing), and stories of their adventure (go live).
