2. We believe in opposites . The opposite of buying & selling is keeping, recycling. Renting.

3. Humans needs to better utilize resources in order to survive. We need less duplication of stuff. We’ve built an economic model around this idea.

4. 3. Technology will change resource allocation forever. We help people find each other for this purpose.

5. 4. Renting stuff improves living standards while reducing consumption simultaneously. This gets us excited.

6. 5. We will never have grey or any color cubicles. Our people work where they please geographically. We trust each other.

7. 6. Fun at work is more important than all things. It is not a corporate event, a team building exercise or a day out. It is how we roll.

8. 7. We don’t work with jerks. Even if it could be financially beneficial. We’d rather be poor than unhappy.

10. 9. Eco friendly businesses don’t require stratospheric IQ’s or scientific insight. Just common sense. Renting makes sense. We are working for common sense.
