The game pitched is an app-based mobile game based on the television series Pretty Little Liars, where players take on the role of one of the main characters and make choices that impact the storyline and ending. Players will face different challenges as their character and interact through touchscreen controls and voice commands. The game draws inspiration from the plot of the TV show as well as simulation games like The Sims and Episode that allow user-directed stories.

2. THE GAME
• The game that I have decided to pitch today is a game based around the television series Pretty Little Liars. It
will be set in the same places and contain the same storyline except the players can change the ending
around depending on the choices that they make.
• I thought as there has only been quiz games for the show that I would change it around a little and create an
app based game like sims and another game that is app based called episode.
• The game will basically just be the player, playing as one of the main characters. (Aria, Hanna, Spencer, Emily,
Alison or one of the guys Ezra, Caleb, Toby, Jason)
• The game will be created as an app for Mobile Phones and Tablets.
• Whilst a person is playing as one of these characters there will be challenges for each of them throughout the
game.

3. SYNOPSIS OF THE GAME
All of the storylines from the television series will be included in the game but to
mix it up a bit the player only completes a chapter depending on the choices that
they have made from the beginning. The ending of the chapters depends on the
choices that a player has made.

4. CHARACTERS
The characters will be sim like
versions of the characters from
the show.

5. GAMEPLAY
• To play the game you must have a mobile device whether that is a mobile phone
or tablet as it is an app based game.
• The players interact with their characters by using the mic on their devices to tell
them what to do and how to overcome the challenges. There will also be manual
controls on the screen as it will be a mixture of controls.
• The aim of the game is to complete all of the challenges set throughout the
game. All the challenges will be different depending on which character a person
is playing.

6. INSPIRATION
I was inspired by the show as it has a really good plot and a game can be made
from this plot. Another reason for creating this game is the fact that nothing like
this has been made for the show, the only games that have been created are quiz
games and they are all the same with the same questions and I think that, that
becomes boring for people and I also think that the fans of Pretty Little Liars need
something more to keep them entertained and this is what inspired me the most. I
have also been inspired by two games which is sims and episode.

7. HARDWARE
The hardware needed will be mobile phones and tablets as this will be an app
based game
