This document outlines the structure and content of an online summer school on digital government and disruptive technologies in the public sector. The summer school is 3 ECTS credits, runs 9am-6pm daily for 6.5 hours over multiple days, and includes over 20 instructors from 12 institutions. As part of the program, students will attend lectures and panels at the Samos 2020 Summit and have the option to complete a final essay or provide feedback on the course. The final essay should be 6,000-8,000 words reviewing at least 15 academic papers on a specified topic. Students will receive a certificate of completion and the course aims to further learning, research collaboration, and knowledge transfer around digital government transformation.
