CLIENT : Ericsson / Aastra
ROLE : Software Developer
Work Location : Hyderabad
Environment : C++, Linux, ClearCase, ClearQuest
Platform : SLES10, Windows 2003
DESCRIPTION:
The MX-ONE TS proprietary personal number (PN) feature also called as individual repeated distribution
(IRD) prevents a proper operation of a Solidus Call Centre Application as Solidus have no possibility to
retrieve and redistribute the call to another agent if a call has been distributed to an agent with active PN.
Now the feature enhancement is to have a control on the call even after the call is distributed to agent in
CTI/ACD group with active personal number.
RESPONSIBILITES:
• Requirement gathering
• Preparing implementation sketch and implementations proposal.
• Development of High/Low level design based on the requirements.
• Coding/Unit testing and fixing of the faults.
